After this morning’s session and having tried out some of Excel’s features and the dashboard, you are now ready to continue setting up your project dashboard, specifically the calculation formulas or certain data. This is the continuation of the work started in session 4. This work is due before session 5 on Tuesday 9th September.
What do you need to do?
1. Tab 4.2: indicator monitoring => continue setting up automatic calculation formulas (column H) for each indicator (check that it is a sum, a statistic, or another calculation, etc.)
2. Tab 4.1: M&E plan => finish completing column P on collection methods based on the information from today's session.
3. Tab 2 Review & Analysis => set up the pivot tables and corresponding charts, using the case studies presented during today's session as examples.
4. Write down any questions or difficulties you have for session 5—time will be set aside to answer your questions.
